Student Assistant Program Management (all genders)

That’s what the job brings:

• You’ll actively support the Program Management team in Kaiserslautern with collecting, compiling, validating, and analyzing data for projects and reporting.
• You’ll be actively involved in the preparation of coordinative and decision events as well as target group-specific PowerPoint presentations, Excel elaborations etc.
• You´ll actively support the rollout and implementation of our newly introduced Program Management tool, Smartsheet.
• You’ll support in data management as well as the documentation of projects.
• You’ll be involved in project administration, task and action tracking and recurring activities in the day-to-day business.
• Flexible working hours (within the scope of a minimum of 12 hours per week) with potential to work from home.

That’s what you bring in:

• Your field of study is in economics, industrial engineering, business computer science, business management or business engineering (or any related combination studies).
• You have very good English skills (written and spoken), knowledge of German is an advantage.
• You have very good organizational skills and an affinity for technical processes and correlations.
• You have first experience in MS Project, PowerBi, Smartsheet and SharePoint as well as database / SQL knowledge is advantageous.
• You like to work process-oriented and structured.
• You have a hands-on mentality and like to work within a team.
