Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner

JOB SUMMARY

In partnership with hiring managers and business leaders, the Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting efforts for complex, specialized, and high-priority positions to attract and secure highly qualified, mission-aligned talent in support of organizational goals. This role serves as a strategic talent acquisition advisor to the business, providing expertise in recruiting strategy, talent market conditions, sourcing, candidate assessment, pipeline development, and hiring practices. The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner translates current and anticipated hiring needs into proactive recruiting strategies and provides market insights to support compensation, workforce planning, and job architecture decisions led by Human Resources and business leadership. This role also contributes to recruiting process improvements, technology optimization, and consistent Talent Acquisition practices while providing guidance and mentorship to other members of the Talent Acquisition team.

Strategic Recruiting

  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand approved and anticipated hiring needs, establish recruiting priorities, identify talent availability and pipeline challenges, and develop proactive recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Independently manage full-cycle recruiting for complex, specialized, niche, and high-priority positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, selection, offer development, and closing.
  • Serve as a trusted Talent Acquisition advisor to hiring managers by providing guidance on recruiting strategy, candidate availability, talent market conditions, interview and selection practices, and hiring recommendations.
  • Provide talent market intelligence, candidate availability data, and recruiting insights to Human Resources, Compensation, and business leaders to support workforce planning, compensation, and job architecture decisions.
  • Partner with Human Resources and Compensation on offer development by providing relevant candidate expectations, market insights, and recruiting considerations while operating within established compensation and internal equity guidelines.
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.

Recruiting Operations & Continuous Improvement

  • Support recruiting workflows, ATS job posting accuracy, approval processes, candidate dispositioning, and other recruiting activities to promote consistent and effective Talent Acquisition practices.
  • Evaluate and recommend recruiting tools, technologies, sourcing resources, AI-enabled workflows, and process automation opportunities that improve recruiting efficiency, scalability, candidate quality, and overall effectiveness.
  • Research industry trends, talent market conditions, recruiting best practices, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for Talent Acquisition process improvement and optimization.
  • Contribute to the development and enhancement of standardized recruiting processes, approval workflows, documentation, and compliance practices in alignment with company policies, employment laws, and organizational standards.
  • Lead and participate in Talent Acquisition projects, including recruiting process improvement, workflow development, sourcing strategy, recruiting technology, program development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide guidance, knowledge sharing, and mentorship to Talent Acquisition team members on sourcing strategies, candidate evaluation, recruiting processes, systems, and best practices.

Talent Programs & Pipeline Development

  • Lead and participate in recruiting events, networking initiatives, and strategic talent outreach efforts that strengthen employer branding and develop long-term talent pipelines.
  • Support university recruiting, internship programs, and early-career talent strategies to strengthen organizational talent pipelines and workforce development efforts.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with universities, professional organizations, and external talent networks to expand candidate outreach and access to qualified talent populations.
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition programs, including employee referral strategies, internal mobility recruiting processes, and other talent pipeline initiatives.
  • Partner with Marketing and Human Resources to support employer branding initiatives, recruiting communications, and candidate engagement strategies.

Analytics & Cross-Functional Projects

  • Analyze recruiting metrics, pipeline performance, hiring trends, candidate availability, and talent market data to identify opportunities and provide actionable Talent Acquisition recommendations.
  • Participate in cross-functional Human Resources projects where Talent Acquisition expertise or recruiting support is required, including job architecture, internal mobility, workforce planning, and related initiatives.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS – Education, Knowledge, and Experience

Education:

  • Education/experience typically acquired through advanced recruiting, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition Operations, or workforce planning experience, or an equivalent combination of education, military, and professional experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management preferred.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of progressive recruiting and talent acquisition experience preferred, including demonstrated experience independently managing full-cycle recruiting for complex, specialized, and high-priority positions across multiple functions and organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to develop recruiting strategies, assess talent, identify critical skills and competencies, and provide talent market insights that support effective hiring decisions.
  • Experience supporting talent acquisition initiatives such as workforce planning, strategic sourcing, talent pipeline development, recruiting process improvement, and cross-functional projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, recruiting technologies, and reporting tools, including experience utilizing systems and data to improve recruiting workflows and effectiveness.
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled recruiting tools, automation, and emerging technologies to improve sourcing, recruiting workflows, candidate engagement, operational efficiency, and Talent Acquisition resources.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Experience recruiting within the aerospace industry.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

BENEFITS / COMPENSATION

Elevate Aircraft Seating offers competitive wages and benefits to recognize employees for their work. The base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.

Compensation Transparency: $85,000 - $115,00 annually
